Founder & CEO
Hello! I’m Nina, and my journey started in 2013 with a One Direction fanpage that unexpectedly grew to 14k followers. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade inside fan culture: running multiple fan accounts, queuing for shows across Europe, building communities from scratch, and (eventually) collaborating directly with artists I once supported from the crowd.
I help artists connect with their audiences in meaningful, joyful, and strategic ways. I specialise in fan-first social media strategy, and fan-focused activations and campaigns — always rooted in an insider understanding of what makes fans care.

Hey, I’m Mira! I am a huge fan of live music and love capturing the atmosphere at concerts through photography and on social media. As a passionate fan, I understand how important it is to have a strong social media presence and a genuine connection with your audience. I am eager to learn more about how to build and strengthen that connection and I’m very excited to combine my passion for music and creativity.

Hi, I’m Joana! I’m a multilingual artist, entrepreneur, and cultural manager with years of international music industry experience. After studying Voice and Music Business at Berklee College, I worked as a musician in New York and later joined TikTok’s music team in Berlin, where I built relationships with artists and labels on a global scale.
Currently, I’m expanding platforms for Swiss artists as a Project Manager at Swiss Music Export (SME). With an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, I bring a unique perspective that bridges music, business, and culture to every project.

Hi, my name’s Finja and music has always been at the center of my life. During my journey as a fangirl, which included countless concerts and building friendships through fandoms, I decided to turn my passion as a fangirl into a career.
I’ve also always been interested in data and got to deepen my knowledge through a data science internship at Universal Music. While currently completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, I also gained experience by organizing local concerts and music business courses.
What excites me most is connecting these two worlds by understanding the data behind audiences while never losing sight of the people and emotions that shape it.

Hi! I’m Yasmin, and ever since I was a child, I’ve tried to get as close as possible to music and fan communities. I love travelling to new places to see my favourite artists perform, and seeing fans come together and share such a genuine connection through their love of music.
Over the past year, I’ve been working towards my goal of a full-time career in the music industry, including concert photography, running my favourite artist’s HQ account, and helping out with social media content.
